Return Policy
At Tiffany's Puppies, the well-being of our puppies is our top priority. We carefully match each puppy with loving families and encourage thorough research before adoption to ensure a lifelong commitment. All sales are considered final, as puppies are living animals and not returnable like merchandise.
However, as a responsible breeder, we will always accept the return of any puppy we have bred, at any age and for any reason, to ensure they never end up in a shelter or unsuitable home. If you are no longer able to care for your puppy, please contact us immediately—we will take them back with open arms.
• Refunds: No refund will be provided for returns after the initial health check period (see below), as we incur significant costs in raising, vetting, and rehoming puppies. In cases of proven severe congenital health issues covered under our health guarantee, we may offer a replacement puppy or partial compensation at our discretion.
• Initial Health Return: Within 72 hours of taking your puppy home, you may return the puppy for a full refund if a licensed veterinarian finds a serious health issue that existed at the time of sale. The puppy must be returned in the same condition, and return transportation is at the buyer's expense.
• Every puppy leaves with Trupanion pet insurance activation, providing immediate coverage for new owners.
We include a detailed health guarantee and purchase contract with every puppy outlining these terms.
